Funds Reopen:
The Boston Company International Small Cap Fund and The Boston Company International Core Equity Fund will be opened to all new investors effective September 1, 2007.
Funds Soft Close:
Effective July 6, 2007, The Boston Company Small Cap Growth Fund and The Boston Company Small Cap Tax-Sensitive Equity Fund will be closed to new investors. After that date, Fund shares may still be purchased by investors with previously existing positions, whether they are owned directly, or indirectly through qualified retirement plans, or through broker or financial advisor intermediaries.
